We are currently seeking an Office Manager/Assistant to the President to join our team of passionate, smart people who collaborate every day to empower educators and students to raise the level of learning.
This position is responsible for the smooth running of our office and encompasses a broad range of duties, working in close collaboration with, and reporting directly to, the company president. This role will handle a wide range of tasks in an entrepreneurial environment. Duties include all day-to-day general office management tasks, bookkeeping/banking functions, human resources management, supporting our sales team and organizing company social functions (just to name a few!). You should love variety and be extremely adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude and possess superior organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. This is an exceptional opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to assume a significant amount of responsibility and advance as the company grows.
