Job Openings


Required Skills/Experience
  • Office management experience, particularly in a small, entrepreneurial environment
  • College degree preferred, but not required with significant related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Google Suite including Docs, Calendar, Mail and Admin
  • Quickbooks or other accounting software experience preferred
  • Tech savvy - aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Writing skills - ability to compose, edit and proofread business correspondence and documents, proposals and marketing materials
  • Must be a self-starter, eager to take initiative, identify needs and follow through
  • Must be flexible and able to work well in an evolving position
